Returns & Refunds

We accept return requests made within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us at contact@fillthewalls.com or call +91 95604 57898 with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request.

To be eligible, the product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all included parts, tags, and labels. Products can have minor variations in colour, grain, finish, or texture; these natural variations are not treated as defects.

After you contact us and receive return instructions, send the item to: B2 181/182 sector 6 rohini Delhi 110085 India. Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage.

We inspect returned items after they arrive. Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund. Original shipping is free and therefore has no shipping charge to refund.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate return, replacement, or refund instructions.
